First Nations Worthwhile Ventures chief executive Colin Gordon has stepped down after two-and-a-half years at the helm.
Mr Gordon will be replaced by Renai Mouton, who has been First Nations Worthwhile Ventures (FNWV's) operation and program manager for the past two years.
FNWV's chair, Lani Blanco-Francis, said Ms Mouton brought extensive experience and dedication to the not-for-profit organisations mission of creating lasting impact within Indigenous communities.
She said Ms Mouton was fully endorsed by the board and her leadership would ensure both continuity and growth as FNWV remains focused on sustainable impact.
"FNWV's mission of supporting Indigenous communities through sustainable enterprises will remain unchanged," she said.
"We are confident in Renai's leadership and are committed to a seamless transition that will continue to deliver positive outcomes across Indigenous communities."
Ms Blanco-Francis said Mr Gordon's leadership had been central to FNWV's mission of empowering Indigenous social enterprises.
"We are immensely grateful for his dedication and impact, which have shaped FNWV into the organisation it is today," she said.
"To our pro bono partners, supporters, clients, and community: FNWV's mission remains as strong as ever. Your contributions and support are vital to this journey of creating meaningful impact within Indigenous communities.
"Together, we will continue to build pathways for success, resilience, and empowerment."
FNWV is a leading organisation dedicated to empowering Indigenous enterprises and advancing economic self-determination.
